I tavoli della galleria consentono ai commensali di osservare Scarallo e il suo staff mentre creano un men\u00f9 che <\/p>\n<p>cambia regolarmente i piatti come la zuppa di zucchine, gamberi crudi con mozzarella, <em>paccheri<\/em> (grandi tubi di pasta) con rag\u00f9 o linguine con vongole. Per l&#8217;indeciso, il men\u00f9 degustazione \u00e8 consigliato.
