{"id":1907,"date":"2017-01-25T17:51:04","date_gmt":"2017-01-25T16:51:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/volare.volotea.com\/?post_type=inspiracion&p=1907"},"modified":"2017-04-25T00:02:41","modified_gmt":"2017-04-24T22:02:41","slug":"le-gateau-nantais","status":"publish","type":"inspiracion","link":"https:\/\/volare.volotea.com\/fr\/villes\/nantes\/le-gateau-nantais\/","title":{"rendered":"Le G\u00e2teau Nantais"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le G\u00e2teau Nantais c\u2019est la sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re de Nantes\u2026 Et pour la nantaise que je suis, ce g\u00e2teau a longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 un myst\u00e8re.<br \/>\nMa grand-m\u00e8re H\u00e9l\u00e8ne adorait pr\u00e9parer ce g\u00e2teau pour les grandes f\u00eates de famille, mais comme elle le disait si bien, \u00ab\u00a0cette douceur, c\u2019est pour les grands\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb Et en d\u00e9couvrant l\u2019app\u00e9tissant dessert, je m\u2019interrogeais, du haut de mes 10 ans\u2026<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est en d\u00e9cortiquant la recette, que j\u2019ai compris\u00a0! A l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de ce joli g\u00e2teau tout blanc, se cache un peu de liqueur de Rhum\u00a0! Et oui, ce g\u00e2teau nantais est le reflet de l\u2019histoire de la ville, et surtout des \u00e9pices et autres ingr\u00e9dients du nouveau monde, qui transitaient par le port de Nantes au 18<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis cette grande d\u00e9couverte, j\u2019aime pr\u00e9parer cette recette de ma grand-m\u00e8re, qui se transmet de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration en g\u00e9n\u00e9ration\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>Pour 6 personnes, il vous faut 150 gr de sucre, 100 gr de poudre d\u2019amandes, 125 g de beurre sal\u00e9 (nous sommes \u00e0 Nantes, ici le beurre est toujours sal\u00e9\u2026), il faut que le beurre soit tr\u00e8s ramolli, 3 gros \u0153ufs, 100 gr de sucre glace pour le nappage, 40 gr de farine, et enfin 9 cl de rhum (un peu moins si l\u2019on fait go\u00fbter ce g\u00e2teau aux plus jeunes).<br \/>\nApr\u00e8s c\u2019est tr\u00e8s simple, dans un grand r\u00e9cipient, m\u00e9langez le beurre ramolli avec le sucre et la poudre d\u2019amandes. Et dans un second bol, battez les \u0153ufs avant de les incorporer dans la mixture pr\u00e9par\u00e9e. Rajoutez ensuite, la farine tamis\u00e9e et un premier verre de rhum (3cl) puis mettez le tout dans un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau, bien rond.<\/p>\n<p>Faites cuire \u00e0 180 \u00b0C (thermostat 6) pendant 20 minutes. Puis \u00e0 150 \u00b0C pendant 15 minutes. Sortez ensuite le g\u00e2teau, d\u00e9moulez-le et versez un second verre de rhum (3cl).<\/p>\n<p>Le lendemain, quand le g\u00e2teau est bien froid, rajoutez le gla\u00e7age en m\u00e9langeant le sucre glace et un dernier verre de rhum (3cl). Nappez le gla\u00e7age sur le g\u00e2teau, et voil\u00e0\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Il ne reste plus qu\u2019\u00e0 d\u00e9guster ce d\u00e9licieux g\u00e2teau Nantais, avec une boule de glace au caramel au beurre sal\u00e9 pour la gourmande que je suis\u00a0! Je ferme les yeux et je me laisse emporter par ces ingr\u00e9dients acidul\u00e9s de cette sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 locale.
