Un chef de renombre a bordo<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n

La historia de Gr\u00e9gory Cuilleron y Volotea comenz\u00f3 en una velada inolvidable en la que el chef deleit\u00f3 a los invitados con su savoir-faire<\/em> cuando la aerol\u00ednea celebraba los 60 millones de pasajeros transportados desde su creaci\u00f3n. Este \u00e9xito condujo naturalmente a una colaboraci\u00f3n estival, la primera de Volotea en Francia. <\/p>\n

Gr\u00e9gory Cuilleron, exconcursante de Top Chef y chef fundador del restaurante 5inq Mains de Lyon, es un aut\u00e9ntico defensor del buen comer en Francia. Chef inspirador con una trayectoria profesional polifac\u00e9tica, hoy es ampliamente reconocido por su pasi\u00f3n y talento en la cocina.<\/p>\n

Le Cookie \u00e0 la Praline<\/em><\/strong>, una oda a Lyon y a su tradici\u00f3n culinaria<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Especialmente dise\u00f1ada para Volotea, la Cookie \u00e0 la Praline <\/em>se distribuir\u00e1 gratuitamente a partir del 10 de junio en todos los vuelos nacionales de Volotea que salgan de Lyon hasta septiembre. Crujiente por fuera y suave por dentro, este postre dulce y deliciosamente adictivo hace honor al famoso pralin\u00e9 rosa, especialidad emblem\u00e1tica de la regi\u00f3n de Lyon. \u00bfPuede hablarnos de su formaci\u00f3n y de lo que le llev\u00f3 a convertirse en chef?<\/strong><\/p>\n

La cocina siempre me ha apasionado, aunque no fuera mi objetivo inicial. Empec\u00e9 estudiando Comunicaci\u00f3n y Derecho. Despu\u00e9s, tras participar en concursos de cocina, convertirme en chef pas\u00f3 a ser una elecci\u00f3n obvia.No segu\u00ed el camino tradicional, aprend\u00ed directamente sobre el terreno. Fue m\u00e1s largo y dif\u00edcil, pero incre\u00edblemente gratificante. Hoy estoy muy contento de dedicarme a esto. Lo que me gusta de la cocina es que los gustos y sabores unen a todos: una verdadera transversalidad que me apasiona.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1les son sus principales inspiraciones e influencias culinarias en la cocina lionesa?<\/strong><\/p>\n

La cocina lionesa es un aut\u00e9ntico tesoro, llena de sabores profundos, aunque a menudo est\u00e9 influenciada por el invierno. Me encanta trabajar con artesanos locales y utilizar productos de nuestra regi\u00f3n. Tenemos la suerte de contar con pescado de lagos y r\u00edos, y me gusta mucho incluirlo en mis platos. Las verduras del valle del R\u00f3dano, como los esp\u00e1rragos y los guisantes de temporada, tambi\u00e9n son imprescindibles para m\u00ed y mi cocina. En el lado dulce, el pralin\u00e9 es imprescindible y constituye la base de muchos de los postres lioneses, que me gustan especialmente.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que m\u00e1s le entusiasma de trabajar con Volotea?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lo que realmente me entusiasm\u00f3 de trabajar con Volotea fue la oportunidad de mostrar mi herencia culinaria. Lyon, mi ciudad favorita, es un destino tur\u00edstico incre\u00edble. Tambi\u00e9n aprecio el car\u00e1cter transversal de este proyecto. Como compa\u00f1\u00eda a\u00e9rea, Volotea encarna el viaje y el descubrimiento. Me parece estupendo que una compa\u00f1\u00eda a\u00e9rea ofrezca a sus pasajeros la oportunidad de descubrir las riquezas de un territorio y una regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 decidi\u00f3 crear una galleta de pralin\u00e9 para esta ocasi\u00f3n? \u00bfQu\u00e9 representa este postre para usted y para Lyon<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

Cuando se plante\u00f3 la colaboraci\u00f3n con Volotea, surgi\u00f3 la cuesti\u00f3n de crear algo dulce. Lo elegimos as\u00ed porque hay m\u00e1s momentos dulces en el d\u00eda. Me gustan las galletas porque son f\u00e1ciles de llevar y se conservan bien, as\u00ed que fue una elecci\u00f3n obvia para m\u00ed. Me encanta su textura y su sensaci\u00f3n regresiva. Y como ten\u00edamos que representar a Lyon, era impensable no utilizar el pralin\u00e9, nuestro emblema de reposter\u00eda. El pralin\u00e9 es un verdadero s\u00edmbolo de nuestra regi\u00f3n, y estoy encantado de incluirlo en esta galleta.<\/p>\n
