It\u2019s now the city\u2019s fine arts <a href=\"http:\/\/www.perpignantourisme.com\/gb\/decouvrir\/musees\/hyacinthe-rigaud-museum\">museum<\/a>, displaying a fine collection of paintings by Pablo Picasso, Raoul <\/p>\n<p><\/br><\/p>\n<p>Dufy and Jean Cocteau, whose works form the core of a modern art collection which also features drawings and paintings by a number of other 20th century artists.
