The fourth edition of this festival has an amazing lineup, with bands such as Scorpions, The Cult, In Flames, Airbourne and Blind Guardian. Celebrating its 30th<\/sup> edition, La Mar de M\u00fasicas<\/a> is now one of Spain\u2019s most iconic summer festivals. This year, it\u2019s paying homage to South Korea, with a programme combining African, Latin and European sounds. Renowned artists such as Salif Keita, Seun Kuti & Egypt 80 and Orchestra Baobab will take to the stage in spaces such as the Auditorio Parque Torres and the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. The lineup also includes such celebrated artists as Guitarricadelafuente, Silvia P\u00e9rez Cruz & Salvador Sobral, and Valeria Castro. <\/a><\/p>\n

The Festival Internacional del Cante de las Minas<\/a> is one of the world\u2019s most prestigious flamenco events. Held in the iconic Antiguo Mercado P\u00fablico de La Uni\u00f3n, a former market known as the “Cathedral of Cante”, the festival holds competitions for flamenco singers, dancers, guitarists and other flamenco musicians, the ultimate accolade being the L\u00e1mpara Minera award (the Miner\u2019s Lamp).
