This is particularly beneficial if you\u2019re visiting M\u00e1laga during high-season periods, such Easter, summer and Christmas. <\/li>\n<li>The guided tour is conducted by a museum education officer, who is an expert on the artist\u2019s work. You will hear anecdotes and interesting facts about the work of Picasso and his contribution to the history of world art.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>That said, you can also visit the Picasso Museum in M\u00e1laga on your own account. If you prefer this option, we\u2019d recommend you: <\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Book your tickets online as soon as possible, especially if you want to visit the museum at the weekend or in high season.<\/li>\n<li>Visit the museum on a weekday, as it will be less busy than at weekends. <\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t take luggage or large bags with you. You\u2019ll have to leave them in the museum cloakroom and this will take time both to deposit your possessions and to collect them afterwards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to get to Museo Picasso M\u00e1laga<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Museo Picasso M\u00e1laga is located in the iconic Buenavista Palace, right in the heart of the city\u2019s old town and very close to the Roman Theatre and the Alcazaba of M\u00e1laga. So, the best way of getting to the museum is on foot.<\/p>\n<p>But you can also use public transport to get there:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tourist Bus: The red route stops right outside the entrance to Picasso\u2019s birthplace. <\/li>\n<li>Urban bus: Routes 1, 3, 8, 11, 37, C1, C2 and N2. <\/li>\n<li>Metro: Line 1.
